Foundations of non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) representation.

Freeform approximation curves and surfaces (NURBS, B-spline, Bézier curve and surface, Coons cubic curve).

Freeform interpolation curves and surfaces (NURBS, B-spline, Coons surface, Ferguson cubic curve and Ferguson patch).

Continuity of two curves.

Surfaces patching.

Applications in mechanical engineering.
