Study Objective:

The objective of the course is to understand the challenges which international managers are confronted with, and what competences they must demonstrate. More specifically, the end goal is to help students get to know themselves better and to prepare as well as possible for the challenges that will await them. The final objective is threefold: to help them better understand international business life, for the participants to try to imagine how they would have reacted, to identify the gaps that exist between the personal actions of students and the best solutions to bring them to awareness of the competences which must be developed and acted in the form of an action plan.
