Synopsis:
Requirements:

1. Presentation (25%) of the selected topic for 40 minutes and interview (25%) with auditorium about the selected topic.

2. Paper (50%): This paper is 3 to 6 pages long. It should examine an ethical issue in professional life that concerns or attracts you. You should choose a particular issue from the offer; formulate a definite thesis concerning that issue and work through the arguments of various authors we have read that deal with this issue. You may wish, and I encourage you, to use actual real-world examples to elucidate and prove your thesis. For example, you might choose an article from a newspaper or other reputable source or a case study from the book, and argue that your position on a particular ethical issue is best able to handle whatever ethical dilemma is contained in that example. Also, to help avoid various problems a topic. This will be graded according to how well formulated your thesis is; how well you follow through in proving your thesis; the use of evidence brought to bear on proving that thesis; the coherence of your paper’s overall structure; and the proper use of grammar and spelling.

The paper has to meet this recommended content: Introduction based on the explanation of the main meaning with giving the examples and appropriate arguments with focus on the etiquette in negotiation and business

Final Grade: This course does use the +/- grading scale with plusses given to the top two points and minuses given to the bottom two points of a letter grade range. For example, an 80 to an 81.9 is a 3 and an 88 to an 89.9 is a 2. Solid 1 are for excellence; generally, the math simply works out such that to get a solid A requires consistent A work throughout the semester.

Study Objective:

The purpose of the following course is to examine various ethical issues that may arise in one’s negotiation and business life, and how such a life intersects one’s personal life and self-understanding. General questions relevant to these issues include “What does it mean to be human and businessman?” “What is a good negotiation practice?” “Should professional codes exempt one from common ethical standards?” “What takes priority, personal or professional commitments?” “How should you understand yourself and others as a staff or businessman?” and so forth.

Course Objectives:

1) Critically understand ethical issues as they pertain to professional and personal identity company network.

2) Learn to consider yourself and the world around you from these basic ethical positions.

3) Develop sharpened analytic powers and capacities for oral and written expression.
