The aim of the course is give a comprehensive theory of combustion fuels.
•The basic mechanism of heat release by oxidation of chemically bound heat in fossil fuels and biomass.
•Arrhenius law and its practical application.
•Diffusion and kinetic combustion, burning rate and heat transfer in the furnace.
•Mixing of fuel and oxidant such as burning rate limit factor.
