3.Laboratory models in vitro and in vivo
4.Methods for assesments of cell viability, proliferation, and death
5.Methods for analyses of surface and cytoplasmic markers
6.Tumor antigens and cytokine production

1.Detection of cell prosperity and plasma membrane permeability
Tasks: Cell counting, WST-1 assay, LDH assay
2.2D a 3D tumor model development
Task: Tissue cultures
3.Specific cells detection within tumor microenvironment using fluorescent microscopy or flow cytometry
Task: Surface and cytoplasmic antigens staining
