The course focuses on the application of quality management tools - seven simple tools of quality management, seven new tools of quality management, non-traditional tools of quality management - risk analysis, FMEA, FTA, DOE. The course also acquaints students with the requirements of the standard EN ISO 9001: 2015, process modeling, models of excellence - EFQM, CAF, Balanced Scorecard methodology, evaluation of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Emphasis is also put on statistical methods used in the field of quality management in practice - statistical analysis and control of the production process (control charts, EWMA and Cusum diagrams), reliability in quality management.
