Synopsis:

The subject deals with the issue of Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a modern tool for the design, construction and operation of construction projects. It focuses on advanced applications of information technology in construction and design companies. Software tools that are used for quality control, measurement, preparation of measurement statements, simulation of construction progress, robotics in land and transport constructions and cybercrime, its risks and measures in construction projects. Part of the content of the subject is information on the contractual provision of digitization on construction projects.

1. Introduction, the current macroeconomic situation from the point of view of information technology in the construction industry

2. BIM abroad

3. LOD - Level of Details

4. BIM as a collaborative environment

5. Professions and roles

6. Contractual provision of digitization

7. Ticketing systems in preparation and implementation

8. Measurement reports, valuations, certifications using data

9. Simulation of construction progress

10. 10Robotization in land and transport constructions

11. Cybercrime

12. Demonstration of the use of digital models in practice

Syllabus of tutorials:

Revit - update, 3D printing, Dynamo, 3D point clouds.

Study Objective:

- pochopit důležitost BIM v současném stavebnictví, spolu se současnou mírou jeho využití

- vysvětlení platných metodik, norem a předpisů

- obeznámit se s jednotlivými BIM nástroji a jejich možnostmi použití

- seznámit studenty s informačními technologiemi používanými pro stavební projekty

- dozvědět se o aspektech smluvního zajištění, rolích na stavebních projektech

- získat základní znalost vyučovaných softwarových řešení
