Synopsis:

The course contains basic information on methods of collecting, sorting and evaluating geomatic-geographic data, methodology of creating studies and modelling in geomatics with a focus on regional applications concerning the world and the Czech Republic. The innovated environment focuses mainly on methods of geospatial data collection and acquisition (photogrammetry, DPZ, RPAS, basic geographic data base of the Czech Republic - ZABAGED and today's new data warehouses, services and geographic information such as Google Earth, map warehouses, satellite data of global character, data collection from free satellite systems).

Content focuses on geospatial data acquisition and collection; the outcome is presentation skills, insight and awareness of global databases focused on geographic and geomatics data or components thereof.
