Synopsis:

The course is aimed at deepening knowledge in the field of design of load-bearing glass structures: determination of the strength of glass with respect to brittle fracture, strength-treated glass, solution of stability of columns, beams and walls, influence of material properties of viscoelastic polymer films on the behaviour of laminated glass under load, design of mechanical and bonded joints for structural elements made of glass.

Study Objective:
