Synopsis:

Main intention is to make students familiar with practical HR management in construction company with focus on hiring, adaptation, motivation, leadership and remuneration. Within classes theory is combined with trainings (model situations).

Requirements:

Recommended attendance at lectures with a maximum of 2 absences, mandatory attendance at exercises.

active involvement in practical parts of classes

individual preparation and presentation

basic theoretical knowledge (in line with lectures)

1. Human resource management, HR department, HR targets

2. Labour market, demography situation, employment/unemployment policy

3. Recruitment (interview simulation)

4. Adaptation program a job description (model situation)

5. Educational strategy: education and development, trainings

6. HR management as part of managers job

7. Motivation (model situation)

8. System of remuneration, forms, incentives, labour union agreement

9. Employee appraisal (model situation)

10. Remuneration (model situation increase in salary)

11. Employee benefits, employee contract, Labour code

12. Employees care

13. Fluctuation, dismissals, outplacement, corporate culture, communication
