Synopsis:

The course introduces students to the area of nuclear fusion and fusion technologies with a focus on the integration of nuclear fusion into energy. The lessons of the principles of the energy use of nuclear fusion and explaining the functionality and design of the JET, ITER and DEMO fusion reactor, are given. Students gain a comprehensive overview of the upcoming fusion energy and skills for work in research and development of fusion technology for the first fusion power plant.
