After the successful completion of this course, students will be able to explain and apply knowledge related to the importance and content of personnel management, possibilities of people employment, approaches and methods of job design and analysis, areas and procedure of human resource planning, procedure, sources, criteria and methods of employee recruitment and selection, possibilities, forms and areas of employee hiring and orientation, principles and proces of performance management, forms, criteria and methods of performance appraisal, concepts and theories of employee motivation, comitment and engagement, concepts and forms of employee compensation, areas and methods of employee training, areas of employee care, use of human resource information system.
