Department of Construction Technology
Synopsis:

During the course, students will be introduced to the market of SW products from the point of view of preparation and management of construction projects, in the PC laboratory they will create project time plans in SW (MS Project, Primavera, Contec, Alice), manage labor, material and cost resources, perform financial analysis. In other SW (MS Visio) they will process flow diagrams of technological processes, organizational chart of the company. During the course, they will solve basic construction tasks of parametric programming in SW Rhino+Grasshopper. At the end of the course, they will become familiar with the Archibus (Facility Management) environment.

Requirements:

Credit:

* handing in assignments (25 assignments in total) within the prescribed deadline and scope (see MS Teams)

* compulsory participation in classes (exercises), a maximum of 2 unexcused absences

* continuous correction of tasks and control during the course

Note: tasks are submitted individually, via MS Team in digital format according to the provided template

The exam will consist of two parts:

* practice test (written, 20 questions, ABCD, 20 minutes) (Question rounds and Sample test will be uploaded in the appropriate MS Teams channel)

* oral part (practical example): work with SW MS Project (small small examples) (Samples of examples will be uploaded in the appropriate MS Teams channel)

Note: the mark will consist of two parts in diameter
