Student will get a basics of specifics of space environment and its influence on spacecrafts.

1) Vacuum physics and technology I – basics of vacuum physics and technology, (ultra)high vacuum

2) Vacuum physics and technology II – materials in (ultra)high vacuum

3) Vacuum physics and technology III – practical solutions of vacuum technology

4) External and internal thermal and radiative balance of spacecrafts

5) Space plasma I – motion of charged particles, basics of plasma physics

6) Space plasma II – upper layers of atmosphere and ionosphere

7) Space plasma III – planetary magnetic fields, Earth magnetosphere

8) Space plasma IV – solar wind and interplanetary space

9) Space radiation a micrometeoroids

10) Microgravity I – lowered and increased g-force

11) Microgravity II – dynamics of objects and liquids in microgravity

12) Introduction to problems of space medicine

13) Long-range observation and communication
