Contents: 1. Definition of microwave and spectrum bands. 2. Production of passive devices. 3. Active microwave devices based on vacuum and semiconductors. 4. Technology of microwave semiconductor devices. 5. Point diode, Shottky diode, avalanche diode and its modifications, PIN diode. 6. Tunnel diode, varicap, vataktor. 7. Parametric amplifier, microwave transistor. 8. Monolitic and hybrid integrated circuits. 9. Examples of microwave utilization.
