Synopsis:

The subject is focused on concrete and masonry structures and materials in relation with the impact on the environment, aspects of sustainable construction, energy consumption, renewable sources, etc. The content of the work can be the elaboration of a research study comprising the processing of discoveries from the literature, the execution and analysis of experiments, etc.

Requirements:

Regular consultations, delivering of partial tasks, processing of required outputs.

There are no lectures in the course.

Syllabus of tutorials:

Successive handling of particular tasks of individula assignment according to established time schedule, consultaions, discussion. Processing of final outputs including presentation.

Study Objective:

Demonstration of the ability to work independently, think analytically, apply acquired knowledge, searching information in scientific literature.
