Synopsis:

Transfers, overview and distribution; mechanical transmissions; part of transfers; gear ratio; shaft and bearing designs and materials; Gears; gear materials; gearboxes. Screw, riveted, welded, soldered and glued joints, their construction and production technology. Torque transmission components. Bearing of smooth parts and threads. Bearings, bearing mounting.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of machine parts, assembly units, and connection technology used in aircraft construction.

Joints, threads - types, shapes, dimensions, tolerances, marking

Screws - types, division, determination, marking

Matrices - types, division, determination, marking

Retaining parts - nuts, wedges, pins, springs, washers, circlips, cotter pins

Rivets - types, joints

Conduit

Springs - types, materials and uses

Bearings - types, applications, constructions, materials

Gears - types of gears and types of gears, use

Gear ratios, types of transmission systems

Belt and chain transmissions - types, use

Soldered and glued joints

Electrical cables and connectors
