Synopsis:

The goal is to become familiar with possible causes, manifestations, and consequences of terrorism.

Requirements:

Essay. Working with various information sources.

Syllabus of lectures:

Introduction to the Study of Terrorism.

Definition of terrorism (the set of information on the effects of terrorism and their classification).

Terrorism and CR (analysis of possible symptoms, the National Action Plan to combat terrorism).

Conclusions of the theory of modeling terrorist activities and to guide information on terrorists.

Syllabus of tutorials:

Analysis of knowledge about terrorist threats (current trends, a common solution in the UN, EU, NATO, the problems of anti-terrorism measures, information on terrorists).

Study Objective:

Students will be able to assess the severity of CBRNE terrorism. They will know the methods of terrorist attacks and their impact on civilians. Students will be familiar with counterterrorism policies in Czechoslovakia and the EU. They will also understand the various forms of terrorism and threats that these forms are currently threatening the population.
