Synopsis:

The target of the subject is acquainting of students with particular assisting components and methods helping the individual to face stress, conflict a crisis situations. It will help him/her better self-knowledge and knowledge of the other individuals, capability of empathy, congruence and acceptance. An integral part is practical training of particular assisting components, works in the group and conclusive inquiry integrating the knowledge acquired and experience of meaningful whole.

passing the classified credit by the method set.

Practical training:

Assisting components focused on extending self-knowledge and capability of autocorrection.

Assisting components focused on the ability of empathy, perception and social perception.

Introspection and methods developing introspective attitude of an individual to himself/herself.

Assisting components aimed at social interactions in the awareness of group dynamics, group roles and need of cooperation in a team.

Assisting components focused on management of conflicts, management of stress situations in groups.
