Synopsis:

Processing of the documentation of changes to the spatial plan of the selected residence with the help of CAD programs.

Requirements:

No prerequisities

Syllabus of lectures:

1. The composition of the spatial plan documentation and the technical possibilities of its processing.

2. Acquaintance with the basic principles of creating documentation for changes to the territorial plan with regard to the used CAD and GIS programs and the required standard.

3. Analysis of the methodology of the Ministry for Regional Development - Changes to the spatial plan - content

4. Requirements for the processing of the full text of the spatial plan after the change.

Syllabus of tutorials:

1. Selection of the area to be addressed.

2. Gathering the documents needed to process the change.

3. Display of changed phenomena in the drawing part.

4. Processing of the text part of the change.

Study Objective:

The aim of this course is a practical understanding of the process of changes to the spatial plan using CAD programs.
