Synopsis:

Tender procedure for the preparation of project documentation for the zoning decision, building permit, notification, notice and for the implementation of the construction. Contractual relations with the designer. Tender procedure for building construction, public and other contracts, technical information, measurement report. Contract for the work, compilation, content, price of the work and its variants. The job description of the construction manager, foreman, construction supervision of the builder and author's supervision. Contract for construction and copyright supervision. Construction progress - handover of the construction site, maintenance of the construction diary, inspection days, documents, work with employees and subcontractors, provision of materials and machines, handover, approval of approval

8. Awarding of public and other construction contracts, requirements of contracting authorities.

9. Offer of construction contracts for individual tenders

10. Types of tenders, legal requirements, procedures

11. Basic pre-production and production preparation of the contractor

12. Preparation of the contractor for the offer
