Synopsis:

Overview of quality management methods, data acquisition and analysis of customer requirements, methods, QFD, DFM, DFA, DFS. FMEA (Analysis of defects and their consequences). Introduction to concurrent (team) design.

Requirements:

Knowledge of mathematics, physics, computer science and technology in undergraduate study at a technical school. Construction vehicles. Basic laboratory skills.

Study Objective:

An overview of current methods of quality control. Their theoretical foundations, methods of analysis of customer requirements, quality of distribution functions. Theory of fault analysis and design production, installation and servicing.
