The two-semester course focuses on communication skills needed for everyday use at an intermediate level (A2 level).

Requirements:

basic knowledge - A1+ language level (option but not required to take 104XDN2)

Instruction in grammar and conversation topics from Units 6- 8 of the textbook: Drmlová H.,Homolková B.:Německy s úsměvem, Nakladatelství KNIHCENTRUM,a.s., r.2000.

Study Objective:

Acquisition of basic grammar and vocabulary at A2 level; improvement of communication skills enriched by elementary communicative skills within the university environment. To introduce students to everyday of German at a pre-intermediate level.
