Commercial contractual relationships, definition of the terms, participants - entrepreneurs. Legal acts, making a contract, forms of the contracts, usage of the general commercial conditions, term of acceptance of the proposal for conclusion a contract. Public tender and its impact on the liabilities of the participants. Securing of a liability - penalty, pledge. Avoidance of contract, conditions and consequences of the avoidance. Compensation for a damage, content and extent of the compensation. Forfeiture and its consequences, prescription period. Main contractual types used in construction. Contract of the conclusion of a future contract, its principles and meaning. Contract of sale, its usage for construction purposes and basic contents - object of performance, price, liability for defects, guarantee. Contract for work, it usage in the preparation and realization of the buildings - for survey ensuring, project documentation, buildings, assembling. Contents of the contract.
