Human factor, organization schemes, team work, role of the project manager. Projects managers certification as competence evidence accepted by IPMA (Competence Baseline) and PMI (Body of Knowledge). Project management in construction industry. Facility Management - integration of support activities. Building administration as main part of FM. Definition of „3P“ - people, place, processes.
