Tools: mathematical statistics, probability theory, random processes; decision-making; risk; analysis; Monte Carlo simulation technique. Agreements on contracts; specifications; construction procedures. Client's Brief; tendering; contractor and subcontractors. Architect/Engineer's supervision and inspection.
