The goal of the course is to get possession of the communication skills of a modern manager. There are modelled especially the principles of control of transaction, of communication with interest and target groups, of conflicts and negotiation and of pressure groups and opinion leaders. Motivation factors, leading of workers, providing of feedback, coaching in management. Use of preferential ways of thinking, principles of neurolinguistic programming. Communication with state and local administration and with financial communities.

4.Principles of transaction control. Planning, overture, situation survey, core of transaction, negotiation of objections, closing.
5.Conflict, bargain, conflict solution.
6.Manager and his team, selection of team members.
7.Motivation factors.
8.Leading of workers, providing of feedback.
9.Coaching in management.
10.Pressure groups, opinion leaders.
11.Preferential ways of thinking and their use.
12.Principles of neurolinguistic programming (NLP method).
