Synopsis:

The subject of psychology and elementary psychological terminology. The conditions of human efficiency and reliability in transportation systems. The construction of transportation vehicles and technical facilities from the perspective of engineering psychology. Transportation route and traffic from psychological and physiological perspective. Psychological aspects of human factor failures, accidents and traffic conflicts. Stress, fatigue, monotony and biorhythms. Working and resting regime. Personnel and managing issues in transportation, dependency on age and experience. Psychological criteria for capacity to drive vehicles and run traffic systems. Transportation education and training. Social-psychological aspects, the environment.
