Synopsis:

It will be specifed such forms of financing in trasportation, where the public sector body perform the final debtor, i. e. debtor payments come from its budget, but the final debtor is not a direct participant of the transaction and it is not the counterparty of the financial institute which provides the funding. Issue of securities as an alternative source of transportation project financing.
