n the first part, radio technical and their additional devices function basic principles are explained. In the second part, basic characteristics of unmoved and mobile telecommunication networks using both terrestrial and satellite technique (e.g. VSAT, INTELSAT, PCS, and IMT) and their projecting methods are lectured. Particular attention is paid to the networks which have presumption of use for transportation and post purposes. Further, possibilities of the networks connection to public networks in relation to telecommunication market liberalization after 2000 are stated.
