Synopsis:

The course gives a comprehensive collection of basic technical and economical information about goods as an object of transport working. The attention is given to the basic utility attributes of goods, quality and the instruments considering quality (technical standardisation, testing line, metrology, external influences on goods in a sphere of circulation, factors causing and demonstrating damage on the goods and the preservation of goods (packaging of goods, optimum regime during storing and transporting goods.
