Synopsis:

The course is oriented to the problems of finance, financial markets and institutions. It analyses the credit and the saving financial policy as well as various types of loans and their influence on lenders and borrowers. Direct and portfolio investment, their strong and weak points and risks. Business companies from the view of financial flows and financing. Financial aspects of joint stock companies, the position of shareholders, various types of shares, dividends. Financial plans, the use of financial instrument combinations as long and short term loans, bond emissions and capital raise. The problems of bills of exchange, bankruptcy and composition and of international investment.
