Synopsis:

Acquaintance of students with worldwide development trend of possible global telecommunication technical realization in relation to transportation and post in conditions in the Czech Republic and eastern European countries is this subject's intention. The telecommunication vision, first defined by Al Gore in the ITU, is the default material. Concurrently, our lecturers profess basic conditions for primary organization assessment and telecommunication company management concepts (public network operator) in relation to rising mandatory rules which will be valid conformable with the Czech government resolution after 2000.
