Basic concepts of railway vehicles design, design of railway vehicles body, chassis, underframe, running gear, auxiliary equipment, heating, ventilation and air conditioning plant.

Railway vehiles - internal combustion engine traction.

Mechanical, hydromechanical, hydrokinetic transmissions of railway vehicles.

Hydrostatic transmission and auxiliary equipment.

Desing running gear of railway vehicles and basis elements.

Desing body and machine-room of railway vehiles.

Developments in the course for construction of locomotive and train set.

Car body structures and interiors

Passenger coaches and good wagons - types, concepts and design

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems

Energy supply, control and information systems

Pick-a-back transport vehicles (rail - road).

Public city transport vehicles - railway vechiles for metro and tramway vehicles

Vehicles for high speed operation
