Synopsis:

Students will be introduced to the basic questions of Teaching Methodology. Students already use the knowledge and skills gained from previous study: General Issues of Education, Teaching and Training in Vocational Education, Social Education, General Psychology and Psychology of Personality, Educational Psychology, Social Psychology, Rhetoric, etc.

2. Teaching methods - heuristic conversation

1st Engineering Pedagogy/Teaching Methodology as a scientific and academic discipline in Technical Teacher Education;

2rd Framework educational programs and school curricula for secondary technical education

3rd Educational goals of technical education; key and professional competencies

4th Didactic analysis and development of training curriculum targets training

5th Didactic principles and their application in education

6th Overview of teaching methods

7th Overview of organizational forms of teaching

Study Objective:

- to explain the position of Teaching Methodology, as a scientific and academic discipline

- to define the basic didactic categories

- to clarify the approach of didactic analysis; to apply selected taxonomy of educational objectives

- to define the basic outline of teaching methods, organizational forms; apply this knowledge to specific topics of technical education
