N/A

Syllabus of tutorials:

Investigative and diagnostic tasks:

monitoring of vital signs (measuring pressure, pulse and respiratory rate, minute ventilation);

assessing the state of consciousness and observation with quantitative / qualitative impairment of consciousness;

monitoring and patient monitoring technology available (pulse oximetry, Capnometry);

monitoring and registration of ECG;

blood glucose, temperature (in the axilla in children in the rectum);

monitoring of the patient on the fan and fan operation.

Therapeutic procedures:

release and airway management namely:

- caster head and chin lift, Heiberg-Esmarchův maneuver, the blow

blades, Heimlich maneuver;

- Respiratory suction toilet;

- tracheal intubation in case of extreme emergency;

Oxygen therapy via:

- Nasal catheter oxygen glasses, respirator, venti-mask;

mechanical ventilation with:

- Hand over the SCBA mask, kombitubus, laryngeal tube, laryngeal mask or tracheal tube;

indirect heart massage - standard of performance for all ages, including the use kardiopumpy.

heart rate monitor, evaluate rhythm disturbances;

external electrical defibrillation;

providing input into the venous system, alternatively, intraosseous access;

bleeding pressure in the wound, the pressure points, compressive dressing, using zaškrcovadla, anterior nasal tamponade;

sterile dressing wounds, treating thermal injuries;

immobilization of limbs, spine, pelvis;

Management of spontaneous / precipitate delivery (in case of emergency), and postpartum care / resuscitation of the newborn, maternal care, ensuring the placenta (after spontaneous delivery);

use of paracetamol and diazepam in febrile convulsions with CIPC in children;

administer the dose, which is prescribed for the patient of acute condition and who has time (especially coronary, asthma and allergic events);

Other medications ordained by a doctor at the consultation.

-Performances by the HRC team:

performances by a paramedic team perform obligate the EPA;

carried out on the basis of medical indication, in particular:

- Extended cardiopulmonary resuscitation using manual breathing apparatus, and external electrical defibrillation;

- airway management tools available;

- the introduction and application of oxygen inhalation therapy;

- instrument ventilation parameters designated doctor;

- Care of the airway during mechanical ventilation;

- application of medicines, including blood derivatives;

- The introduction of therapeutic mild hypothermia

- catheterization of the urinary bladder of adult women and girls over 10 years;

- Removes biological material for examination;

- Assistance in child birth and newborn care.

Operations are carried out in extreme poverty, ie without the presence of a doctor, when risk of

default:

release and airway management including tracheal intubation;

artificial ventilation, oxygen inhalation therapy;

aspiration of the respiratory tract;

cardiopulmonary resuscitation, including external electrical defibrillation after previous ECG showing rhythm indicated a defibrillation;

cardiopulmonary resuscitation in adrenaline IV / intratracheal;

Peripheral venous cannulation / intraosseous access;

use of drugs and infusion solutions in the regimes under consideration (spray dilate coronary circulation, bronchodilation, neopiátového application of analgesics in trauma to them);

diagnosis of glucose from the clinical indications and subsequent applications in hypoglycaemia glucose orally or IV;

management of rapid delivery, newborn care, and ensuring the mother;

treatment of pneumothorax;
