Synopsis:

The course is based on the Decree 55/2011 Coll., Which sets out the activities of health workers and other professionals.

Practice will be held in the block on inpatient workplaces, workplaces providing emergency care and having the character of an acute intake.

Departments: Gynecology - Department of Obstetrics, Neonatology, pediatric ward

Requirements:

Valid vaccination against hepatitis B, completed health and safety, 100% attendance, absence must be replaced at a different time, confirmation of completed professional practice in Diary entries relevant workplace

Childbirth, the first treatment of newborn care about the woman, care of the newborn.

Acute conditions in pediatrics: respiratory disease, disorders of consciousness, intoxication, injuries.

Study Objective:

The aim of the course is to acquire practical activities and the use of theoretical knowledge in treating patients. Another objective is the gradual adaptation to work in their chosen field, acquisition workflows when treating patients, managing the organization of work and collaboration with other health care workers.
