Synopsis:

The structure of the sector. Models of health financing. Types and description of typical workplaces and health care workers. Interdisciplinarity as a prerequisite for the current health care. The architecture of medical devices and their development. The structure, functions and activities of hospitals in terms of patient and in terms of health workers. Administration of diagnostic and therapeutic process. Planning of diagnostic procedures - optimizing. Planning of complex therapeutic procedures. Administration technical support of medical facilities.

Requirements:

written test demonstrating their knowledge, 80% success rate.

note: the interval between the writing test in regular and resit dates and type of action must be at least seven

Syllabus of lectures:

The health care system in the country.

Types and typologies of health workers.

Methods of healthcare management.

The patient and his rights.

Healthcare worker and his rights.

Optimization of working in a medical facility.

Planning of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Keeping health insurance administration. equipment.

Specific features of management of RHB units.

EU health systems.

Study Objective:

The goal is to give students a comprehensive overview of the structure of the sector, health financing models, types and descriptions of typical workplaces and health care workers.

In another section, students are gradually introduced to issues of interdisciplinarity as a necessary precondition for the current health care, with the architecture of medical devices and their development.

It is part of the lectures on the structure, tasks and activities of hospitals in terms of patient and in terms of health workers.
