Synopsis:

Subject is to understand the basic pathological processes of the human organism. Teaching pathology in general terms, the teaching of the nature of pathological processes in various body systems. The effects of pathological processes at different parts of the musculoskeletal system and the musculoskeletal system as a whole and its function.

Requirements:

credit:

attendance at lectures 80%.

test:

demonstrate written knowledge test in the first (proper) time, the first correction term (the second term) and the second correction term (the third term).

The success of the test at least 80%.

Without obtaining credit and write credit in the baskets is not possible to implement the test!

Note: The interval between regular and repeat the test or tests must be provisioned at least seven days.

Syllabus of lectures:

Causes of death, definition of death of the organism, cadaverous changes.

And progressive dystrophic changes.

Inflammation.

Bacterial and viral infections.

Pathology of the immune response.

Tumors.

Pathology of the musculoskeletal system - traumatic injury.

Fundamentals of neuropathology - the trauma of the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerve.

Pathology of the heart muscle.

General and local disturbances of blood circulation.

Pathology of respiratory system, kidneys and urinary tract, traumatic damage.

Pathology of the digestive tract.

Pathology of the reproductive system.

Pathology of the sensory organs.

Study Objective:

The aim of this course is to acquaint students with general pathological concepts and explain the nature of pathological processes in different body systems.

In another part of the course, emphasis is placed on the effects of pathological processes on the musculoskeletal system and the musculoskeletal system as a whole and its function.

Part of the lectures is also věnovna essentially pathological processes and general ways of therapy in relation to disruption of function in the musculoskeletal system.
