Study Objective:

The course introduces students to aviation legislation. Organisations approved for maintenance, for continuing airworthiness management and for training, aircraft operations, ETOPS, MEL. Commission regulation (EU) 1321/2014, Part 66, Part 145, Part 147, Part CAMO, Part CAO and Commission regulation (EU) 965/2012. The course is intended to prepare students to pass the M10 test which is required to obtain an AML in accordance with Part 66.
