Managerial practice is multidisciplinary and is comprised not only of theoretical and precise procedures but also of creative elements. Each situation requires a specific approach and the creative application of theoretical principles. Students will gain a practical insight into managerial activities. They will become acquainted with the context of economic, business and marketing information. Theoretical education and its importance for practical work will be presented in real situations. At the same time students will gain a real insight into the practical application of theoretical principles in practice, the method of managing work teams and motivating employees. They will become acquainted with financial management and its practical implementation, with strategic planning procedures, management of production and marketing activities.

The test includes solving examples of practical situations and theoretical knowledge from a range of lectures.
