The course is considered for the students in both bachelor as well as the master study programme of Mechanical Engineering, branch of study Power Engineering. Students will get knowledge on possibilities of sustainable utilisation of local sources of water energy (with power output to 10 MW). The course will also provide students with technical specification, design parameters, principal design standards as well as with basic operational principals of micro-hydro water turbines.
