The aim of the subjekt HRM is developing more effective managers and staff specialists who work directly with the human resources in manufacturing The subject is organized in a sim-ple but effective building-block manner. An introduction defines organizational behaviour, discusses the nature of organizations, and explains how we acquire knowledge about organi-zational behaviour.
