Classification of radiation sources (thermal, discharge,
electroluminiscent, quantization-lasers). Optical parameter (spectral
constitution of radiated energy, directive rating, luminous operation,
colour temperature, and the like). Dividing receivers of radiation
(outer,inner fotoefect, selective and no-selective receivers of radiation,
and the like). Optical and electric parametrs (spectral and integral
sensitivity, luminous and voltampere rating, door-step senitiveness, and
the like). Municipal fundamentals of election source and receiver of
radiation for typical application in optoelectronical systems.
