Requirements for indoor air quality. Material and energy sources of indoor air contamination. Ventilating systems selection, design and regulation (natural ventilation function in annual operation, mechanical ventilation dimensioning for residential and industrial building, return air design). Room air diffusion methods, mixing and displacement systems. Outlet selection and location. Duct system design. Industrial exhaust system design, air cleaning in industry. Energy consumption by ventilating equipment operation, waste heat using.
