Synopsis:

Dies for sheet and bulk metal forming. The pattern equipment for the sand mould manufacturing.

1. The methodology of technology drawings. Materials used for pattern equipment.

2. The main parts of pattern equipment. Design of wooden pattern equipment and core boxes.

3. The design of patern plates. Design of metal core boxes.

4. Using of Rapid prototyping technology for manufacturing of pattern equipment.

5. Design of tools for production of stampings.

6. Design of tools for production of stampings.

7. Design of tools for production of forgings.

1. Design of pattern equipment for easy-shape casting (with 2 - 4 core boxes) - for hand making mould (wooden pattern equipment).

2. Design of pattern equipment for easy-shape casting (with 2 - 4 core boxes) - for hand making mould (wooden pattern equipment).

3. Excursion - Foundry AGMA, Praha, Pattern shop MODELA GSK.

4. Excursion - Pattern shop Rupert, Čelákovice.

5. Design of pattern equipment for easy-shape casting (with 2 - 4 core boxes) - for machine making mould (metal pattern equipment).

6. Design of pattern equipment for easy-shape casting (with 2 - 4 core boxes) - for machine making mould (metal pattern equipment).

7. The project evaluation - part foundry.
