Synopsis:

Personnel / human resource management is concerned with the effective management of people at work. Subject examines what can or should be done to make people both more productive and more satisfied with their working life. Its goal is developing more effective managers and staff specialists who work directly with the human resources in manufacturing companies.

Requirements:

Preparation and presentation of term paper on the extent of 8 pages of text.

Examination of the following topics:

1.Mission and function of Human Resource Management (HRM).

2.Types of Organizations Appreciation.

3.Inner Conditions Appreciation of the Organization.

4.Rating of staff.

5.Scheduling and personal objective setting.

6.Obtaining and selection of employee.

7.Enrolment and Leakage.

8.Human Resource Development.

9.Fundamental Role of Motivation in Personal management.

10.Amount of employee Remuneration.

11.Human relations.

12.Leading of people.

13.Team Formation.

14.Managerial Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy.

Syllabus of lectures:

Mission and function of Human Resource Management (HRM), value of human resources, mission of human resources, model of HRM. Types of organizations appreciation, method diagnostics conditions, social-demographic changes in society, economic surroundings of the company, government regulation, trade union influence. Inner conditions appreciation of the organization, organization strategy building, character of organizational work in the company, managerial style. Rating of staff, method of employee appreciation, appreciation of job performance, appreciation of fluctuation, appreciation of posture and staff opinion. Scheduling and personal objective setting, analysis status quo, personal objective setting, volition of target setting methods, estimation of attained results, Obtaining and selection of employee, eligibility of employment, promotion of employee acquisition, methods of enrolment of employee, effectiveness of employee enrolment. Enrolment and leakage, introduction employee on workplace, informative training for new employees, redundancy leak, leak from other reason. Human resource development, all life education system development, planning of personal development, development of white collars, careers scheduling and regulating. Fundamental role of motivation in personal management, types of motivation, survey of motivational theories, relationship between motivation and achievement, motivation and money, system access to motivation. Amount of employee remuneration, objectives of payroll policy, methods job evaluation, salary structures, occupational advantages, remuneration system management. Human relations, generation of organizational culture, organizational conflict solving, stress and co-operation at serve, parley and haggle, linking and participation of employees. Leading of people, managerial pretensions, duties of manager, delegation of authority, managerial structure, situational leadership. Team formation, characteristics of work groups, role and function of grouper, generation teams, maintenance of teams. Managerial psychology, sociology and pedagogy, psychological, sociological and pedagogical fundamentals fit for management.

Syllabus of tutorials:

Consultation, preparation and presentation of semester students work on selected topics.
