Synopsis:

Manufacturing machines and equipment contains three basic parts. These are forming machines, machine tools and industrial robots and manipulators. Characteristics of machines and equipment for realization of discrete technological processes will be explained, technical parameters, basics of construction of production machines and equipment, construction of machine tools, TS design, automation of production machines and equipment, industrial manipulators and robots, their applications, single-purpose and modular machines, production lines. Examples of application of production machines and equipment.

Industrial robots and manipulators (PRaM) and working heads PRaM

Automated technological and machining centers

Automated workplaces for forming and welding

Importance, division and basic classification of forming machines

Stroking and forcing forming machines

Energy forming machines, Die casting machines

Plastic processing machines

Technological classification of machine tools

Sorting machine tools according to the degree of automation

Supporting systems

Machining centers and multifunction machines

Two-button control of automatic cycle

Hydraulic circuits and its identification

Service, safety and construction of forming machines

Parameters of bending forming operation

Geometric accuracy of SU 32 lathe

Static rigidity of OS-headstock FA3V
