Design. Function of design. Aspects and methods of designer´s work. Linear
perspective, geometric forms, shape and composition perception. Design
management. Ergonomy. Relationship between patient and medical device. Tools and
assists. Drivers. Communicators. Relationships between the drivers and
communicators and solution of problems between them.

2. Design function. Aspects, methods and methodology of designer´s work.
3. Perspective imaging, geometrical forms, probléme of shape and composition
perception.
4. Design management.
5. Ergonomy definition. Human (patient) characteristics.
6. Human and health products.
7. Advantages of human and health products.
8. Aids, tools and equipment. Relationships between handles and communicators
and solution of this system.
9. Review of aspects affecting quality, reliability and testing of health care
products and preparation and duration of clinical testing.
10. Quality management in healh care facility.
11. Reliability of elements, modules, the whole technical devices and software
solutions as well.
12. Recommendations and experiences from European Union. Related law standards.
13. Compliance assessment based on government decree and relationships with
quality management.
14. Good clinical practice, good manufacturing practice. Products testing.
