Anotace:

Various categories of means for automatic control according to the different criterions. Main features in each category.Air and hydraulic fluid as a medium for information transfer. Symbols and descriptions in pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams. Pneumatic control systems design. Pneumatic actuators, valves, special pneumatic, electropneumatic devices. Control valves, categories, dimensioning, design, applications. Inteligent pneumatics as an integration of pneumatic, electronic and control components and systems. Valve islands and terminals, standard, with industrial buses communication, programmable. Pneumatic positioning systems.

Osnova přednášek:

1.Means for realization of control loop in general, division of the means based on transfer of information, signals and construction, comparing of various systems{priorities of pneumatic, hydraulic and electric system}

2.Static and dynamic qualities of the control means, possibilities of their evaluation with regards to the measured response

3.Function of the amplifier as a basic construction element of pneumatic and hydraulic means of control, hydraulic servomotor

4.Pneumatic drivers {function of corrector}, valves, the notation for drawing diagrams for control loops by norm

5.Labour, control and auxiliary means to control single and double actuating pneumatic cylinders

6.Possibilities of control more actuating pneumatic cylinders - application of quickstepper and relay mode of control

7.Signal filtering, analogue filters

8.Digital filtering, Finite Impulse Response filteres (FIR), Infinite response filters (IIR).

9.Analogue controllers and their realisation. Input and output signals

10.Discrete PID controllers, algorithm, alliasing, wind-up effect, experimental methods of settings

12.Electrical actuators, AC, DC, stepper motors, electromagnets. Dynamical properties, model of DC motor.

13.Busses, serial communications. Interface TIA/EIA 232F,422B, 485A. Current loop

14.Industrial communication systems, Reference model ISO/OSI. Profibus, CAN, -Net. AS-interface, HART.

1.Application of Matlab for simulation of dynamic and static properties of control means (dynamic error, frequency limit and etc.) - laboratory PC

2.Simulation of the amplifier supply with the feedback, dynamic properties of the hydraulic servomotor - laboratory PC

3.Practical acquaintance with pneumatic motors, controllable and auxiliary means for realization of control- laboratory FESTO

4.Practical application - laboratory FESTO

5.Control of single and double actuating pneumatic cylinders (laboratory FESTO)

7.Filters - amplitude and phase curve - measurement

8.Filter + PID controller, Matlab simulation

9.PID controllers, practical settings
